At our first meeting, we’ll discuss your needs and desires and complete a worksheet that will help us select the homes that meet your requirements. We’ll explain our commitment to you and make sure you understand the home buying process. We’ll also ask that you meet with a lender so that you may be approved for a mortgage (unless you are paying cash); this avoids delays and other problems later. We’ll provide you with a packet of useful information on schools, neighborhoods, lenders, inspectors, and crime statistics.
We search the multiple listing database as well as homes for sale by owners and show you all the homes available in your price range if that is your desire. If you’d prefer a list of homes for you to drive by, we’ll arrange that for you. Each viewing session is taken at your pace and on your terms.
When you have selected a home, we’ll help you prepare an offer that reflects the conditions of the home and the current market. Throughout the processes of negotiations and inspections, our role as your agent is essential to your financial and emotional well-being; We’re there for you. Our relationship will not end with the closing or housewarming present. Our responsibility continues toward your satisfaction and a lasting relationship.
